We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and PayPal.

SHIPPING/PROCESSING:

  • We ship all domestic orders via USPS, standard rate starts at $9.99 shipping fee.
  • All orders will be processed and shipped within 2-4 business days, Monday-Friday from 8:30am-5:00pm PST.
  • The delivery time will be between 5 to 10 business days
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. Insurance is available through USPS.
  • We do not ship internationally. International customers may order through our exclusive distributors. You can request this info at info@mbglamour.com, or send us a direct message to 626-956-7633

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Once an order is placed and payment is received, we send order confirmations and shipping updates to the email address provided or phone number. You are also able to track your package at USPS with the tracking number provided.

CANCELATTION POLICY:

Only orders that have not yet shipped can be cancelled. If you received a tracking number via email or text– you CANNOT cancel or modify the order; your order has been marked as shipped.

Please DO NOT send an email with cancellation requests as time sensitive items cannot be processed quickly by email. Please contact our customer service at 626-956-7633 to cancel the order immediately.

If you need to change your order because you entered the wrong address you must call us immediately at 626-956-7633, Monday-Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm PST 

RETURN?

  • MB GLAMOUR will gladly accept returns of product/s purchased from  www.mbglamour.com
  • To qualify for a return, you must email info@mbglamour.com or call 626-956-7633, Monday-Saturday 8:30am to 5:00pm PST, within 7 days of receiving the order. *NOTE:  At MB GLAMOUR we value our clients’ satisfaction and provide a quality product.  In order for us to continue and maintain a high level of customer service coupled with exquisite products we ask that you please include the reason for return as well as the original order number into your email request!
  • All item/s must be in their original and respective packaging.
  • Emptied or refilled item/s will not qualify for any refund.
  • Provide pictures of the product.
  • Once the item/s for return are received and reviewed, we will promptly issue the refund minus any shipping expense.
